During the Master B2B Summit held in May 2023, co-founders Andy Hoar and Brian Beck asked over 75 B2B leaders where they planned to invest their next dollar. While the answers they received  were not surprising — search, data cleanup, team expansion, etc. — the pair realized that perhaps a better question might have been, “How do you know where to invest your next dollar?”

Andy and Brian realized that to answer this particular question, leaders need to have a clear understanding of where their company stands in terms of digital maturity compared to their peers, competitors and the general standards of the market. Having this knowledge makes it much easier to identify what strategies need to be implemented in order to progress to the next stage, and thus incrementally increase profits and improve their competitive advantage.
