Employee Resource Groups

Our ERG program is a voluntary, employee-led diversity and inclusion initiative that is supported by commercetools’ leadership. ERGs are organized based on common identities, interests, or backgrounds to support employees. They create open forums for employees to meet, share, and support each other in addressing concerns and fostering a respectful, caring community. Check out our current ERGs below!

BLK Leaders

This BLK Leaders ERG serves to empower both the internal and external global Black/Brown community by fostering psychological safety, providing learning and development opportunities, and developing a network of diverse allies throughout varying levels within commercetools.

Through our initiatives and events, we aim to build a sense of community and connection among employees, while promoting personal and professional growth. Planet Earth Alliance

The Planet Earth Alliance (PEA) employee resource group, creates a space for employees to learn about climate change and sustainability, as well as support green initiatives that help push the globe towards a more sustainable future. Not merely a buzzword at commercetools, sustainability is a deeply rooted value that resonates with all of us at the PEA. Witnessing the escalating ecological challenges the world faces,  the team felt it was imperative to take action and contribute actively to building a better future. We strongly believe that businesses have a responsibility to mitigate their environmental impact, and through sustainable practices, we can make a tangible difference in fighting climate change and preserving our planet for future generations.

OpenMinds is an opportunity to talk, listen, and learn from my fellow commercetoolers about their life and experiences. Through safe, honest, and vulnerable conversations, I’ve been granted a view into perspectives I would not normally be given. I’m so grateful that I’ve been given this opportunity. With this knowledge, I’ve grown as a coworker and a person.
