This course is designed for solution architects and software developers tasked with the use, configuration, maintenance and extension of the AI Hub and Agent Gateway add-on products. An expert trainer will assist you in using the commerce and developer MCP in your project development. You will then use the AI Hub and Agent Gateway to increase your web shop experience outreach.

Duration

- 9 hours, split into 2 half-days for virtual classroom training

- 30 to 60 minutes given as homework and review tasks per day

This course teaches you to

  • Understand what commercetools has to offer in terms of AI assisted commerce
  • Understand and use the commercetools AI Hub to provide your products, checkout and services to LLMs/AI tools
  • Understand the agent gateway to host your (commerce) MCPs
  • Enable agentic commerce for your webshop using commercetools

Prerequisite skills

  • Basic knowledge of commercetools composable commerce
  • Basic composable commerce developer experience
  • Claude Desktop and Copilot license
