RECAP: Headless Over Hell’s Kitchen 2020
Every January, the world’s most popular brands and retailers flock to NYC to kick off the year at Retail’s Big Show. It’s a chance for everyone in the industry to get a first glimpse at what will be the year’s biggest trends, which new channels and devices will disrupt the market, and where there will be new opportunities for growth. This year commercetools headed to the Big Apple to work our headless commerce technology into the mix, but from a slightly different angle – high above Hell’s Kitchen.
Over two exquisite evenings, we gathered our technology and system integrator partners together in a penthouse suite high above The Hudson to meet with brands and retailers who are going through platform migrations and digital transformations. While sipping on MACH-tails and cocktails and watching the sun set over the Manhattan skyline, we discussed the challenges enterprise retailers are facing during replatforming, and the types of solutions they’re looking for.
