Challenge:

ModCloth wanted to return the brand to its indie roots and reconnect with their shoppers. To accomplish this, they needed to rebuild their customer experience from end to end, including a new e-commerce experience and more sophisticated order fulfillment.

Solution:

After the re-platforming, ModCloth dramatically reduced their time to market while improving overall operational efficiency. They were able to move from intermittent code releases to three to four releases a month.
